We want you and your pets to love every purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Return Policy

Return any product for any reason within 60 days of your order for a refund equal to the amount paid for the product (not including shipping charges). The refund will be issued back to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order for the replacement item.

Return Shipping

As a policy, Only Natural Pet does not cover the cost of return shipping. You are welcome to return your package in the manner that is most convenient for you.

Order Changes

Once an order is placed it enters the shipping queue immediately and cannot be changed online. You can request a cancellation of a pending order via Contact Us, then place a new corrected order.
